ESTATE & TRUST PLANNING SUPPORT
Prepare the questions. Plan the next conversation.
A scoped preparation and coordination service for people considering estate or trust planning. Start by organising your purpose, broad asset categories, roles and questions into an adviser-ready brief.
The service helps you prepare for decisions with separately engaged qualified professionals. It does not provide legal, tax, trustee or investment services.
Bring structure to the information.
Use a non-sensitive summary at the enquiry stage. Do not send account details, identification documents, wills, trust deeds, credentials or confidential family records in an initial message.
- Clarify the purpose of the planning exercise and the decisions you want to discuss.
- Organise non-sensitive asset categories, broad ownership questions and existing-record gaps.
- Identify the roles and responsibilities you want to ask advisers about, without appointing anyone.
- List questions, assumptions, dependencies and matters requiring professional assessment.
An adviser-ready brief and next-step list.
The agreed deliverable can include a structured planning brief, an information-gap list and a list of questions for the relevant advisers. Depth, inputs, responsibilities, fee and timing are agreed before work begins.
If separately agreed, coordination can help organise conversations and track agreed next steps with professionals you actually engage. Coordination does not appoint an adviser or create a professional retainer.
Professional work remains separately engaged.
Legal advice, wills, trust deeds and other legal instruments are outside this preparation service. Property-transfer and registration work, tax advice and filings, representation and trustee services are also excluded. Those matters must be handled under separate arrangements with the relevant qualified professionals.
No qualified trust provider or professional appointment is represented as already in place. The appropriate adviser, scope and responsibilities must be established for the actual matter.
No validity, registration, tax treatment, asset-protection, family-agreement or other outcome is promised.
Agree one useful next step.
Begin with the planning purpose, the broad situation and the questions you need help organising. Decide what preparation would be useful before commissioning any professional work.
The historical estate-planning examination described in the background section is not presented as a current regulated designation. This offer is limited to its agreed preparation and coordination deliverables.
Discuss a preparation brief.
Share a short, non-sensitive outline of the decision ahead. An enquiry starts a scope discussion; it does not authorise document sharing, a filing, an adviser appointment or any action on assets.
